1. Who we are

ITech Consulting is a trading name of I Technical Care Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15306125. Registered office: 139 Trafalgar Road, London SE10 9TX.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. The law does not require one for a business of this size and activity. Miraj Pudasaini, Founder and Principal Consultant, is responsible for data protection.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers this website, enquiries you send us, and calls you book with us. Client engagements are covered by the consulting agreement and its data-processing terms.

3. What we collect, why, and on what basis

• Visiting the site. GitHub, Inc. hosts this website through GitHub Pages and logs visitor IP addresses and request details for security. We do not receive these logs. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the service.
• Booking a call. When you book through our booking provider, Cal.com, you give your name, email address, time zone and any notes you add. We use them to schedule, prepare for and hold the call. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Writing to us. We receive your contact details and the content of your message, and we use them to respond. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Readiness check. The check runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is collected, stored or sent to us.

We do not ask for special-category data. Please do not send any. This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own.

If you click “Load the booking calendar”, the page stores a one-word flag in your browser’s session storage to remember your choice. It is first-party, strictly necessary for that choice, and deleted when you close the tab.

Loading the calendar starts Cal.com, which sets its own cookies: session, preferences, security, and analytics through Google Tag Manager and PostHog. See Cal.com’s privacy policy for details.

We use no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the processors that run this site and our communications: GitHub, Inc. (hosting), Cal.com, Inc. (booking), and our email providers. We share data with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for marketing.

6. International transfers

GitHub, Inc. is in the United States. Transfers rely on Microsoft’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework with the UK Extension, and on GitHub’s data processing agreement.

Cal.com, Inc. is a United States company and may process booking data there. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum under Cal.com’s data processing agreement, or on the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework where Cal.com is certified.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and bookings that do not become engagements: 12 months after our last contact.
• Client records: 6 years after the engagement ends, in line with the Limitation Act 1980 and HMRC record-keeping rules.
• Accounting records: 6 years.
• Site logs: held by GitHub under its own policy. We do not receive them.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict how we use it
• receive it in a portable format
• object to processing based on legitimate interests
• withdraw consent where consent is the basis
• not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect

To exercise a right, write to I Technical Care Ltd, 139 Trafalgar Road, London SE10 9TX. We respond within one month. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity.

9. Security

This is a static website with no database and no user accounts. It is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems is protected with strong authentication. We collect the minimum data needed for each purpose.

10. Legitimate interests

Where we rely on legitimate interests, they are: keeping the website secure, responding to people who contact us, and administering our business. We have assessed these interests against your rights and freedoms and found no override. You can object at any time by contacting us.

11. How to complain

If you think we have handled your personal data incorrectly, write to I Technical Care Ltd, 139 Trafalgar Road, London SE10 9TX, marking your letter “Data protection complaint”. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days and respond without undue delay.

We date each version of this notice at the top. Material changes are noted at the top of the page for 30 days after they take effect.
